  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.

    • Proactively manage expectations and deliver exceptional service to foster client retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative, results-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor the performance of social media and marketing campaigns, generating reports that highlight key metrics and results.
    • Analyze data and campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Communicate performance results to clients regularly, demonstrating value and identifying areas for future improvements.
  • Budget Planning & Cost Calculations:
    • Manage budgets for client projects, ensuring financial targets and budgetary constraints are met.
    • Perform detailed cost calculations, balancing cost efficiency with client satisfaction.
    • Track and report on financial performance, addressing any discrepancies as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other disciplines to ensure alignment on client goals and seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Drive collaboration across departments to ensure campaign success and maintain consistency in client communication.
  • Business Development & Upselling:
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts by offering new services, products, or campaigns.
    • Lead pitches and upselling initiatives, presenting compelling solutions that meet evolving client needs.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Development & Coaching:
    • Support the continuous development of your team, offering coaching, training, and performance management.
    • Encourage personal and professional growth within your team, helping them to achieve their full potential.
    • Create a culture of learning, ensuring the team remains up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
YOU:
  • Career: You have at least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
  • Leadership: You have proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical Skills: You demonstrate strong analytical abilities for interpreting social media KPIs and creating performance reports.
  • Client Orientation: You have a high level of service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Management Skills: You possess excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise: You have experience working with major social media platforms and analytical tools.
