You will lead creator marketing campaigns from planning and execution to reporting. You’ll always keep the defined goals in focus and present meaningful results to the client. You ensure all activities are on-brand and that KPIs are met – or ideally, exceeded.
Creator & Management Relations
You already bring strong relationships with local talent and creator managements and know how to nurture and strategically develop them through regular personal interaction. You build sustainable, brand-aligned partnerships with enthusiasm, always aiming to maximize reach and impact for our brands.
Strategic Thinking & Creativity
You develop tailored creator strategies with a clear focus on brand identity and audience needs. You bring creative ideas to strengthen and evolve the brand profile, identify relevant creator personas, and stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and formats to derive innovative campaign concepts.
Data Analysis & Optimization
You continuously analyze performance data and social media insights to make informed decisions on campaign strategies and tactics. You monitor creator and campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You work closely with internal stakeholders – such as Client Consulting, Strategy, Creative, Production and Media – to ensure all campaign elements are executed consistently and align with the overall brand message.
Networking & Partnerships
You build and maintain strong, on-brand partnerships with creators, managements, and platforms to enhance reach and brand impact sustainably.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
You delegate tasks effectively to junior and mid-level team members and coordinate with the Lead when needed. With your ability to motivate, prioritize, and foster constructive collaboration, you play a key role in driving team performance.
Growth & Development
You share your expertise through internal trainings and workshops, strengthening both the strategic understanding and operational competence of your colleagues in creator marketing.
