Your Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: You provide strategic consulting and support to clients in influencer marketing and social media, ensuring their campaigns align with their goals.
  • Development of Campaigns: You develop, plan, and execute influencer campaigns in close collaboration with other team members while managing budgets and making accurate forecasts.
  • Optimization of Campaigns: You oversee campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators.
  • Client Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Pitch Skills: You will pitch and present campaign concepts and ideas confidently and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Internal and external communication: You ensure smooth project execution by managing internal teams and external partners efficiently.
  • Trend Know-How: You stay up to date with new trends, emerging platforms, and relevant influencers to enhance campaign strategies.
YOU:
  • Experience: You have several years of experience in account management, ideally in a social media or influencer marketing agency.
  • Social Platforms: You are well-versed in major social media platforms.
  • Trends: You understand audience trends.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can build strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Mindset: You think analytically, work with data-driven insights, and use them to optimize campaign performance.
  • Presentation skills: You are confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiations and presentations.
  • Budget Planning: You have experience in budget planning, forecasting, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Work Ethic: You work independently, in a structured manner, and focus on achieving results.
